Basic Stance on Corporate Governance

We believe it is important to build a more affluent social system and earn the trust of our stakeholders by providing AI solution business specialized in the accounting field (accounting AI business) with the mission of "contributing to the happiness of our customers and the development of society through the power of world-class AI". We believe that strengthening corporate governance is indispensable for sustainable earnings growth and maximization of corporate value, and we are striving to maintain and strengthen corporate governance by establishing and thoroughly operating an internal control system based on the "Basic Policy on Internal Control System" established by the Board of Directors as described below.
