Information Security Basic Policy
Fast Accounting Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) provides AI-driven accounting support services and strives to be a sustainable enterprise that meets the trust of society, including our customers.
In our business activities, we recognize that securely protecting information assets is an extremely important mission.
Based on this understanding, we have established the following Information Security Basic Policy (hereinafter referred to as “this Basic Policy”) as a company-wide guideline. Our officers and employees (hereinafter referred to as “employees”) will perform their duties with an emphasis on information security in accordance with this Basic Policy.
1. Protection of Information Assets
We will appropriately protect information assets entrusted to us by customers, as well as our own information assets as management resources, from threats such as loss, theft, falsification, misuse, and leakage that may compromise their “confidentiality,” “integrity,” and “availability.”
2. Establishment of Information Security Management System (ISMS)
We will establish an ISMS and implement its introduction, operation, monitoring, review, maintenance, and continuous improvement.
3. Compliance with Laws and Contracts
We will comply with laws, regulations, guidelines, and contractual requirements related to the protection of information assets.
4. Information Security Education
We will provide education and training on information security to our employees.
5. Employee Obligations
Our employees will strictly adhere to this Basic Policy and the established ISMS regulations and procedures.
